National Accreditation Council Ghana
The National Accreditation Council approves teacher training programs based on the course structure and content proposed by the institution. Therefore, the courses taught by different educational institutions differ in terms of content and structure. For example, the course content of the Institute of Education Research at the University of Cape Coast differs slightly from the course structure and content of the Center for Continuing Education at the University of Cape Coast, and neither of these two programs corresponds to the content of the Council of Europe. But then all will be awarded a Basic Education (DBE) diploma for 3 years of training. The Centers of Excellence DBE and UTDBE four-year teacher diploma programs are the same, but not the same.
